Open all year, our pride is research and rediscover of the gastronomic traditions of our country. A few meters from our hotel there's a wine cellar which organize a harvest night. Agritrulli's owners, wine lovers and experts sommelier, offer all their experience with guided tastings in the best wineries in the area. In summer the hotel organizes Tomato Sauce School where guests are taught to prepare the typical and famous pugliese tomato sauce, with the original methods. In collaboration with nearby dairy of Martina Franca we bring our visitors to see the preparation of the famous "Pugliese mozzarella", the typic pigtail and burrata handcrafted prepared. We can arrange courses on the preparation of the craft "Panzerotto", a specialty of Puglia. Avalaible for our guests: cycle rent, ping pong, bowling, billiards and hammocks. Trulli are unique and exclusive buildings of this area of Puglia and have been made 1600 and the end of 1800 for mysterious reasons still today: some experts argue that trulli were built to escape the Kingdom of Naples and the Bourbons, others say they were made to free the land around the stones which provided an excellent building material.
