Les Hospitaliers

"Les Hospitaliers" hotel is a charming and high-quality establishment that extends a warm welcome for guests. This gastronomic hotel-restaurant was built in the old village of Poët Laval, at the foot of the Knights of Malta Commandery, overlooking the town walls and just a few metres from Saint Jean de Jérusalem chapel. The four houses, with exposed stone walls, that make up the hotel, blend in beautifully with these historic surroundings, listed as one of "the most beautiful villages in France." The hotel bedrooms are comfortable and carefully designed. Hotel guests can enjoy use of the terraces, the pool and admire the panoramic view of the Jabron valley. Restaurant, Sitting Room, Terraces, Pool, Conference Room etc. The sitting room with solid oak beams and stone fireplace, also has a baby grand piano where guests can while away the time before dinner ... There are a variety of terraces including one with a panoramic view of the valley. In fine weather, you can have breakfast or dinner on the terrace, or enjoy a pre-dinner aperitif. The mosaic tiled pool (13.5 x 6 m) is open to hotel guests. A lovely, fully equipped conference room (screen, overhead projector, internet access), which seats 30, is available for work meetings or family events. You'll enjoy our high quality cuisine, served in the restaurant or on the terrace, in summer. Our basic products are chosen for their freshness, depending on the season. We pay the utmost attention to cooking methods so as to retain the food's original flavour.
