Built in 2008, 1 hotel building, 6 floors, 2 lifts, Reception – working 24hours/day in high season (01.07.2019-15.08.2019), with limited working hours in the rest of the summer, safety deposit box on reception (payable 5 lv/day), fitness, Wi-Fi against charge over the pool area (7 lv/day), iron. Not suitable for disabled people.

1-bedroom apartments – 50 sq.m., (2+2, max 4ad), 2 regular beds in the bedroom and double extensible sofa in the living room. City/park view.

All units have furnished balcony, individual A/C (A/C in one-bedroom apartments is only in the living room), cable TV (in one-bedroom apartments is only in the living room), kitchenette (full set of utensils, electrical kettle, toaster, aspirator, sink, fridge).

Children

Baby cot (charged 6 lv/day). Children section at outdoor pool with mineral water, children’s playground (in the park nearby the hotel).

Sports & Entertainment

Free of charge: outdoor pool with mineral water, sunbeds and parasols around pool, fitness. volleyball in the green park in front of the hotel;

Extra charge: Wi-fi around the pool (7 BGN/day); football in the green park in front of the hotel;

Pets are not allowed.

Parking Free parking for hotel guests, unguarded.

IMPORTANT:

·         Paying with credit card is not possible in the apart hotel.

·         The hotel requires a refundable deposit of 100 euro per unit (to be paid cash) on arrival that will be returned on departure if there is no damages within the apartments.
