This apartment complex is located in one of the most beautiful areas in the north-west of Menorca, only a five-minute drive from the beach and shopping amenities, and approximately 700 m from the tourist centre with its bars and restaurants in addition to a park. Ciutadella is about 10 km away, and it is a good 50 km to Mahón airport.The complex comprises a total of 50 modern apartments set in incomparable surroundings. Facilities in the air-conditioned building include a lobby area with a reception desk manned around the clock, a hotel safe, a currency exchange facility, and lift access. Alongside a supermarket, guests may also take advantage of the cafeteria, the snack bar, the private parking spaces, the laundry services, the bicycle hire, and further services.All the apartments come with a double room with a terrace, a fully equipped en suite bathroom, and a living room with two sofa beds. Also provided as standard are a complete kitchenette with a fridge, air conditioning, heating, a direct dial telephone, a safe, and satellite TV.The complex features a sun terrace and changing facilities. For additional charges, guests may make use of the outdoor swimming pool, the children's pool, the poolside snack bar, and the sun loungers and parasols (in the grounds and on the beach).
