The hotel was established in 2003 beside the pine forest in the ecologically clean district of Ivanovo city. It occupies 1.6 hectares of territory and offers 57 guestrooms, 6 cabins and 30 parking spaces at the guarded parking lot. As for holding business events or trainings, the hotel is ready with a fully equipped conference hall for 40 participants.
